Refund Policy

Subscription services (Hosting) may be cancelled at any time via the Client Portal. No pro-rated refunds are provided for partial months.

Bespoke Engineering: Engineering fees are billed per milestone. Once a milestone is completed and approved by the client, the associated fees are non-refundable.
